Performers include:
Dan Ashley:
With a unique blend of Country, Americana, and Rock and Roll, Dan brings a distinctive voice and unique life-experience to his music. Always the storyteller, Dan shares the joy, heartbreak, love, and loss that is part of our common humanity. Backed by a group of remarkable musicians who have played and toured with an impressive list of major artists, Dan is thrilled to share his music with audiences all over the Bay Area. As a vocalist, Dan has led his band for many years, headlining great venues as well as opening for artists such great artists like REO Speedwagon, Cheap Trick, Eddie Money, and Mellissa Etheridge.
Papa Joe & The New Deal:
Vallejo’s own Papa Joe & The New Deal was born out of a small get-together of two seasoned musicians, Papa Joe Lucero (guitars and lead vocals) and Ed Rillera (keyboard and vocals), who in the past had promised each other that they would one day play together. Nine years later the band was created, featuring from six to nine pieces at any given time, and is continually in demand throughout Northern California. With a consistent sound from a strong rhythm section featuring Elias Lucero on bass guitar and vocals, Dave McClure on drums and John Duarte on percussion, this dazzling vocal-driven band leads listeners musically through time with their selections of popular tunes from the past 50 years. Led by their talented female lead vocalists, Lani Parker, Janice Dispo and Selia Lucero, Papa Joe & The New Deal will take you on a musical journey from James Brown to Bruno Mars and all things in between, but always with their own twist of funk and soul.
DW Edwards & Lighting Up The Soul:
Armed with an extensive playlist of recognizable songs for everyone, DW Edwards & Lighting Up The Soul comes to the stage as well polished actors, musicians, consummate entertainers, dancers and performers. DW EDWARDS’ brings on the Funk through true soul music.

Midnight Flyer
Audiences and critics alike love the Midnight Flyer band’s energy and spot-on recreation of The Eagles’ music. This Bay Area group is considered one of the premier Eagles tribute acts, packing theaters and selling out shows along the West Coast and beyond. With a repertoire of more than 100 songs, Midnight Flyer shines in concert with arrangements and vocal harmonies, delivered with the authenticity and vitality that recall the earliest Eagles performances.
Sweet Undertow:
Sweet Undertow is a San Francisco-based Americana rock machine designed to shake people out of their seats with a freshness and authenticity rooted in the American folk, rock and blues traditions. The band is led by Sweet Eddy Undertow and completed by bassist John Eckstrom, guitarist Jim Semitekol, and drummer Dave Tavel.

Mr. Hat presents...
Holiday Party 2022! w. Live Music and Local Artisan Vendors!
• Alex Jordan Band
• The Live Oaks [theliveoaksband.com] [liveoaks.bandcamp.com]
Mr. Hat Present a Holiday Party in Sugartown with the one and only Alex Jordan Band and support from The Live Oaks, plus local artisan craft vendors.
Alex Jordan is an old musical soul in a young man’s body. He approaches things with the fresh perspective of a relative newcomer, but he’s been playing so long—like since he could hold on to an instrument—that he has a fully rounded sense of the history of rock and its roots. Jordan is riding a wave of popularity, performing with Stu Allen, Cubensis, and organizing a Grateful Dead night in Redwood City. Alex Jordan Band aims to bring a delightful set of covers and originals to the stage. Released during the pandemic, Alex’s debut album, The Subtle Exhibitionist, has yet to be performed regularly around the Bay, and has received rave reviews. Look for harmony singing, solid songwriting, and eclectic jamming.
The Live Oaks are a rowdy folk rock band from the Bay that channel a 70's sound into the future of California Soul. Led by energetic Soul-singing drummer Evan Lanham, who has been hailed as the “Anderson Paak of Folk music” this band brings a live show experience that lives up to those expectations.
Sugartown Shakedowns at Toot's Tavern in charming Crockett on the Carquinez feature a great dance floor, laid-back atmosphere, kind peeps & great drinks at reasonable prices. Get your HOLIDAY SHOPPING on while you are at the show and support our local small businesses!
Very limited reserved seating available, seats not guaranteed without reserved seating.

Vaxx Restrictions are voluntary on behalf of the venue, and, are not enforced by the State of California nor recommended by the Federal CDC. Vaccinations & boosters do not protect against Covid-19 infection, nor do these halt the spread. Afflictions caused by vaccinations include rashes and SADS, therefore, individual people voluntarily forego such afflictions and remain immune to Covid-19. However, venues can choose to exclude people who remain unvaccinated, despite doing so being unjustified, and, harms their business. Feel free to remind venues to stop being fearful of just another flu-like virus, and to accept all healthy people. Fuck Pfizer.

Y'all're advised to be in on the Berkeley Flea Market [berkeleyfleamarket.com], Sat. & Sun, morning until roughly 3 or 4pm. Magic, enchantment, wares and beauty are to be found alongside organic foods and foreign incense. Participate in the magic drum circle by standing there and vibing within the sound.
